I have spent two weeks in a van travelling around the entire country of Iceland. I've walked behind breathtaking waterfalls, snorkelled between the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates, photographed the world's largest puffin colony, hiked famous mountains, and swam in many natural hot springs.
